Full Planning
We'll work closely with you to understand your vision, set a budget, and select vendors that fit your style. Our team will be with you every step of the way, scheduling meetings, keeping everything organized, and designing the unforgettable event you’ve dreamed of. From initial planning to final touches, we'll take care of every detail.Wedding Day Management includes managing all the details, monthly check-ins, managing schedules, reviewing contracts, and overseeing setup.On your wedding day, we'll be there to coordinate all the moving parts, allowing you to relax and immerse yourself in your special day knowing that your big day is in our experienced hands.
Planning Only
The perfect package for couples who want planning support, but don't need day-of coordination.We'll work closely with you to manage your vendors, plan every detail, and keep track of your budget. Our team will schedule and attend meetings with you, keeping everything organized and on track.From the initial consultation through every stage of planning, we'll ensure the process is smooth and stress-free. You'll have our expertise and support throughout, making sure no detail is overlooked and your vision is brought to life exactly as you imagined.
Wedding Day Management
Perfect for couples who have done most of the planning but want a stress-free wedding day. We’ll step in 6-8 weeks before your big day to handle the final details.
This package includes finalizing the timeline, reviewing vendor contracts, coordinating design elements, managing your wedding party and family, and conducting a venue walk-through. On your wedding day, RJ Stewart Events will be the main contact for your vendors, overseeing the entire day so you can focus on celebrating and making memories.
Need help getting the party started?
We’re pleased to offer add-on planning experiences for Bridal Showers, Bachelor Parties, and Bachelorette Parties! Our team will work closely with your loved ones as they plan your event so that they can focus on celebrating you. This can include creating itineraries, helping with set-up, and organizing vendors so you can enjoy a stress-free celebration.
